They're very transparent with the treatment and its cost, no pressuring and guilt-tripping whatsoever (like the previous dentists I've been to). I’m so happy to have discovered them. I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Heng, and the procedure was completely painless and very successful. I came across this team during a quick Google search this morning and chose them based on their 5-star rating. I reached out via WhatsApp, and they were super responsive, setting up an appointment for the same day.
Our appointment was booked for 4 PM, but unfortunately, we got caught in traffic and were running late. I was expecting them to cancel, but they were incredibly understanding and still welcomed us at 5 PM. Dr. Denis Sham and her entire team were both friendly and professional.
