Our appointment was booked for 4 PM, but unfortunately, we got caught in traffic and were running late. I was expecting them to cancel, but they were incredibly understanding and still welcomed us at 5 PM. Dr. Denis Sham and her entire team were both friendly and professional. The cost, which included a 6% additional charge, was very reasonable, especially for anyone coming from abroad to get dental work done in Malaysia.
